I built the Solutionist System because I was tired of running my own business across eight tools that didn't talk to each other.
Every solo operator I know lives in the same chaos: Notion for notes, Stripe for invoices, Calendly for booking, Buffer for content, a spreadsheet for goals, a CRM nobody actually uses. The friction between tools eats more time than the actual work.
So we built one workspace where everything lives together — with an AI Chief of Staff that actually knows your business, not generic prompts. We're growing it carefully in private beta. If you're a coach, pastor, ministry leader, consultant, or solo studio, I'd love to talk.
Every number in the workspace comes from your actual data. We never fake counts, never invent "engagement scores" without a source. If we don't have the data to back a metric, the metric doesn't ship.
Chief drafts, suggests, and assists. You approve. Actions are explicit. No autonomous decisions on your behalf without your sign-off — your business stays your business.
We're not building enterprise SaaS. Every design decision optimizes for one person running their whole practice. If a feature only makes sense for a 20-person team, we don't build it.
