The Solutionist System is your command center for building, growing, and managing your business online. After you create your account and log in, you’ll land on your dashboard. From here you can build websites, plan and publish content, and connect your tools. If this is your first time, start by completing your profile in Settings.
Use the email and password you registered with. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. You can update your profile, business details, and preferences anytime under Settings.
Go to Build → Integrations → Social Publishing and click “Connect Facebook.” A secure Facebook login window will open. Sign in, choose the Page you want to connect, and approve the permissions. Your Page will then appear in your connected accounts list. Note: you must connect a Facebook Page (a business/brand page) — personal profiles cannot be connected for publishing.
Instagram publishing works through your connected Facebook Page. Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account and must be linked to your Facebook Page. Once connected, the integration card will show “IG linked.” If it shows “no Instagram linked,” link your Instagram to your Facebook Page in your Facebook Page settings, then reconnect.
If no Pages appear after connecting, it usually means the Facebook account you logged in with isn’t an admin of any Page, or you didn’t grant Page permissions during login. Make sure you’re an admin of at least one Facebook Page and approve all requested permissions when connecting.
Go to Grow → Content, create or select a planned post, and click “Publish Now.” Your post will appear on your connected Facebook Page within a few seconds, and the post will be marked as Posted with a link to view it.
Instagram posts require an image. When planning a post you want to send to Instagram, make sure it includes an image and that your connected account has Instagram linked. Text-only posts can go to Facebook but not Instagram.
You can plan posts ahead of time from the Content area and publish them when ready.
Use the Build tools to create a website for your business. The Solutionist System guides you through layout, content, and branding. Your generated site is yours — remember that any site you publish for your own customers may need its own privacy policy for its visitors.
