Who is this actually for?
People who run the whole thing themselves: pastors, ministry leaders, coaches, consultants, creatives, agencies-of-one, and small service businesses. If you run your whole show, from sales and delivery to marketing and finances, Solutionist is for you. If you have a 20-person team with a dedicated ops person, it's overkill.
Do I need a team to use this?
No. Solo-first is the default: one operator, everything in one workspace. When you do bring people in, the Solutionist plan includes team seats with roles and an accountant collaborator seat: invite by email, they see the business, no enterprise admin sprawl.
What about pricing?
Starter is $79/month, Professional $149, and Solutionist $299. Every plan is the whole product; bigger plans add AI headroom, deeper analysis, and room for a team. How is this different from Notion, HubSpot, or just using ChatGPT?
Notion is a blank canvas, so you'd build all this yourself, and it doesn't have an AI that knows your actual business data.
HubSpot is enterprise CRM with a steep learning curve, sales-team assumptions, and pricing that doesn't fit a one-person business.
ChatGPT is generic, so you have to re-explain your business every time. Chief reads your real contacts, invoices, goals, content, and brand on every turn.

Does the AI replace my judgment?
No. Chief drafts, suggests, and assists. It never sends without you approving (except for explicit actions you ask it to take, like "send this email" or "publish this post"). It's an instrument, not a replacement.
What about my existing tools? Do I have to move everything?
No. Connect what you want (Stripe for payments, Facebook for publishing, Resend for email). The rest stays. Solutionist is opinionated about workflow but not greedy, so you can keep Calendly or your existing email tool and Solutionist will work around it.
How secure is my data?
Connected social account tokens and other credentials are stored server-side only, and your browser never sees them. We use Supabase for data storage and Railway for hosting. You can disconnect any integration immediately from the app, which deletes the stored token. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Does it work for churches and ministries?
It works for the person running a church or ministry: pastors, ministry leaders, faith-based coaches. The product is solo-first: one person runs the workspace. The Solutionist plan adds staff seats when you need them. If you need full church membership tools, we're not the right fit yet (those are on the roadmap).
What does Chief do while I’m not logged in?
It works. Turn on “Chief works between conversations” and a new booking, lead, or payment gets the bookkeeping you would have asked for within a minute or two: logged on the client, a task set, a note left, and for a new lead the first reply drafted. Hand it an outcome in chat — “fill Thursday” — and it keeps working that until the calendar says so. Anything that sends, charges, or publishes reaches your phone as one tap, and nothing goes out until you tap it. Every move is on the record, and every Monday it tells you what it did, what landed, and what is waiting on you.
Can the AI publish to my social accounts?
Yes, once you connect your Facebook Page (and linked Instagram Business account). Chief can draft, schedule, and publish directly. You approve each post; nothing goes out without your action. Connect from Build → Integrations → Social Publishing.
