The booking page
Every practice gets a booking page with its own name, colours and tagline, at its own address, to share as a link or a QR code. A client picks what they are booking, sees only the times you are really free, and leaves a name and an email. No account, no password.
Standing sessions
A coaching client who comes every week, or a retainer client with a standing strategy meeting, shouldn't mean twelve bookings by hand. Book the slot once, from your calendar or by asking Chief, and every week lands on the calendar. A week that is already taken is skipped and named, never double-booked.
Your calendar
Paste the private link to the calendar you already live in, from Google, Outlook, iCloud or Acuity. Its busy times close those hours on your booking page. If Calendly or Square already write into your Google or Outlook calendar, they come along too.
Reminders
The moment someone books, a confirmation goes out by email with a calendar invite, and by text if they ticked the box. The day before, a reminder text. If someone still misses, Chief can draft a gentle note offering a new time, and it waits for you.
Chief
Chief books, moves and cancels on the same calendar your clients book on, through the same checks, so it can't double-book you. Ask it to try a few times first, and it checks them together and offers the free times that day for any that don't fit.
Chief works the same way in every room. It works from your practice's own records, waits for your yes before it sends anything or touches money, and lists what it does on your History page.
How Chief worksBookings shares one list of clients with every other part of your practice.
