The books
Connect the practice's bank and the rows come in on their own. Every invoice you send and every session paid online is already in the books, so each month starts from a ledger, not a pile of statements.
Month-end
One checklist for the month, in order, and each check says what's left. Close it, and October stays the way it was when you signed off.
Tax time
Every receipt stays with the expense it proves. When a client asks for your W-9, it's one download. And in January your accountant gets one package instead of a list of questions.
Sorting
Chief goes through the bank rows, matches deposits to the Stripe payouts your clients paid, and suggests a category for the rest. Nothing changes in the books until you say yes, one row at a time.
Chief works the same way in every room. It works from your practice's own records, waits for your yes before it sends anything or touches money, and lists what it does on your History page.
How Chief worksThe books share one list of clients with every other part of your practice.
Plans
Every practice sees its own full ledger, on every plan. The bigger plans add the month-end close, Chief's sorting, and the work your accountant does at year-end.
