Check-in
Your team checks children in from the app. A tablet at the welcome desk unlocks with a PIN and locks itself again after 30 minutes. And a kiosk lets a family check in on their own: a parent types their mobile number and taps their children.
Pickup
At pickup, a leader types the code from the parent's tag or text. They see the children waiting with that code, and the only people those children may go home with: the family's adults and its pickup list. Who took them home goes on the record.
For parents
Parents switch to the Kids space in your member app. The pickup code waits there while their children are in. After church they find what each child learned, posted by the room's leader: the story, the memory verse and questions for dinner.
Youth
Teens 13 to 17 sign in themselves and land in Youth: their events, their crew, posts from their leaders and a verse for the day. Children under 13 never get a sign-in of their own; they come in through a parent's Kids space.
Chief
Ask Chief how many children came on Sunday and it answers from check-in, as numbers only. A child's name, room and notes stay with your Kids team and the office. Only the owner or a manager can ask, and Chief tells you which teams still need a leader.
Chief works the same way in every room. It works from your church's own records, waits for your yes before it sends anything or touches money, and lists what it does on your History page.
How Chief worksKids and Youth works from the same families the rest of your church uses.
Plans
Stations and kiosks unlock with a PIN, and Kids and Youth leaders work in the member app, so volunteers never need an office login.
