The give page
Every church gets a give page on its own website, and the same giving lives in the member app. Stripe handles the card, so card numbers never touch the church or us.
Monthly gifts
No calls to the office to change a gift. In the member app, a giver signs in with a code and changes the amount, pauses, stops, or puts in a new card. The card itself stays with Stripe, never with us.
Funds
Givers pick the fund on every plan. On Professional and up, the books keep each restricted fund apart for you, so the building fund never pays the light bill.
Statements
Every giver gets a year-end contribution statement they can file with their taxes, in the form the IRS describes. Chief puts them together for the whole church, and a person presses send.
No goods or services were provided in exchange for these contributions.
Chief works the same way in every room. It works from your church's own records, waits for your yes before it sends anything or touches money, and lists what it does on your History page.

Plans
No platform fee on any plan. Stripe's own card fees apply, and registered nonprofits can ask Stripe for its lower rate.
