The chat
A group chat that stays kind.
Every group's chat lives inside the group. Every message is checked before anyone sees it, and a harmful one is held for the church's safety officers. A leader can take a message down, and the office can make a group Board-only or leaders-only.

- Each person picks how they hear: every message, one evening note at 7, or only replies

Prayer wall
Carry each other in prayer.
Every group has its own prayer wall. A member asks the group, by first name, or only the pastors, privately. Words about harm, abuse or a death never reach the wall: they go straight to a pastor, and the group sees only that a pastor has it.
- "I'm praying" on any request, and the asker hears, once a day
- Mark it answered with a word of praise, and the group says "Praise God"
- Every request is checked first, like every message
Gatherings
Who's coming, who came.
A group's regular time sets its next gathering. Members say Going, Maybe or Can't make it, see who else is coming, and tap "I'm here" when they arrive. It counts the same as Sunday check-in, so the office's attendance and its list of who's been missing line up.
- The host's address shows only to the group, with directions
- Bring something: one dish each, so the list spreads around
- A 5 PM reminder that says what each person is bringing
- Video for a group, from the app. Joining counts as being there, nothing is recorded, and a youth meeting waits for two approved adults

Classes
Classes in the app, one tap to join.
Connect holds Classes beside Groups and Messages. A member sees their next class night or the one live now, the road of each program they're on, and the church's other classes, each one tap to join. No email to type, no link to wait for.
- A class night counts toward attendance, in the room or online
- The teacher can send the night's slides to whoever wasn't there
- Chief sums up the room's answers for the teacher alone, and never names anyone

Sunday's message, in every group.
When a new message goes up in Sermons, Chief drafts four questions from its title, passage and summary for every group that has a leader. The leader posts them as they are, or changes them first. Nothing reaches the group until a leader posts it.
- The office's own questions for small groups go first, when the message has them
- The group sees the passage, the questions and a way to the message itself
- Missed three gatherings? Chief writes a note to each person, and the leader sends it
Sunday's message, Rooted in Love, has 4 questions ready for Tuesday. You can change any of them.
