People and Care

No one gets left behind.

Every card a guest fills in becomes someone's job. Every member family has a shepherd, who hears early when they stop coming. And prayer goes to the person who will pray, kept as private as the person asked.

Follow-up

Every card becomes someone's job.

A guest fills in a card on your website or in the app. Chief reads what they wrote, hands it to the leader whose role takes it, and starts a path with a clock on every step. Nobody sorts a pile on Monday.

  • Plan your visit, baptism, serve and connect cards each walk their own path
  • Asking to talk with a pastor goes to a pastor, first
  • The leader works it on their phone, from the Lead tab in your member app
  • Your roles, your titles: Chief starts from your church's tradition, and you can make your own

Shepherds

A shepherd for every family.

Your elders and pastors each take a handful of families. Chief proposes who goes with whom, and you move anyone you like. When you approve, each shepherd gets one email with their families, and finds them on their Lead tab.

  • Someone who knows them first: a group they lead, or a card they took
  • Families stay whole, and nobody shepherds their own
  • Even loads: 12 families each and 10 for the Lead Pastor, or your own numbers
  • No families on record yet? Chief suggests who lives together, and you accept each one
  • Shepherds log a call, a visit, a text or a talk at church, and never see giving

Sundays

Sundays, counted by your people.

No clipboard at the door. A code on the welcome slide opens your church's check-in page, and one tap counts the family, in the building or watching online. Chief reads those Sundays for every family with a shepherd.

  • At church or watching online, the whole family in one tap
  • A parent who checks the kids in at the kiosk counts as there
  • Drifting means three Sundays missed by a family who was coming
  • Judged on Sundays only, never on giving, and nobody in their first month

Prayer

Prayer reaches someone who'll pray.

Each person chooses who holds their request. A request shared with the prayer team goes to your Intercessor leader, with a first name and the words, due in a day. One kept for the pastors stays with the pastors.

  • Words about someone in danger, abuse or a death always go to the pastor
  • "I prayed", a note from the church, or pass it to an intercessor
  • Emails never carry the request's words
  • The office still sees every request in Prayer and care

Chief

Chief knows who needs a call.

Chief watches every shepherded family's Sundays and writes to the right person on Monday. Ask it who's drifting, who came for the first time, or who has the Carters, and it answers from the same records Shepherding shows.

  • First-time guests nobody has reached since their visit
  • Moves you ask for wait on Shepherding until you approve
  • Never giving, never a note's words, and a child is a first name and an age

Who's drifting?
Two families. The Brooks family was last here Sept 27, and Elder Mark called them Tuesday. Nobody has reached the Carters since they missed, so Pastor Andre heard on Monday.
Give the Carters to Elder Linda. Drafted. It's waiting on Shepherding, and nobody is told until you approve.

Chief works the same way in every room. It works from your church's own records, waits for your yes before it sends anything or touches money, and lists what it does on your History page.
